FAQ’s Cakes/Cheesecakes

  • How long can I Leave my cheesecake out?

    remember cheesecake is dairy. USDA states cheesecake should not be left out at room temp no more than 2hrs. However, many sources have stated up to 4-6hrs is safe at ambient temps. Any higher temps please keep cold by refrigeration.

  • I Dropped my cake, can I get a refund?

    As much as we empathize with accidental drops, we unfortunately we don’t have the overhead to be able to do that at this moment. but, always ask, we may have something extra that we are able to part with. but, no promises.

  • Why do I have to pay before hand?

    Full pay is required at time of purchase due to the fact we are a very small business and we have to purchase some of our ingredients on a per order bases to maintain quality. Thanks for understanding and helping us grow!

  • How far in advance do you need for cakes/cheesecake orders?

    For cheesecakes we ask that you order at the minimum 4 days in advance.

    For cakes it all depends on the order request.

  • Are your cakes allergen safe?

    We unfortuantely are NOT allergen safe. We use dairy, nuts, eggs, and gluten in many of our goods. We would be glad to refer you to other local bakeries they are more acommodating!

  • I forgot to pick up my order, but now I don't need it.

    We hold “forgotten” orders for 2 days after pick-up date. If no pick up is made, it is tossed. No refund or credit will be given.

  • There is an event and I am interested in ordering, is that something you can do?

    Absolutely! I ask if you are ordering more than 3 cakes please us the inquiry form via our contact page here to tell me more of what you need.

FAQ’s Florals

  • How far in advance do you need for floral orders?

    I ask for a 24hr notice. Sometimes, I will have bouquets pre-made to choose from that are ready same day. Just ask!

  • Do you do events?

    Sometimes! If you are interested just fill out our inquiry form in our contact page here!

  • Why do I have to pay before hand?

    We implement this to avoid loss of costs. Florals are sourced on a per purchase basis.

  • My florals don't look exactly like the picture.

    Everything we create will never be visually identical to the pictured item. As the seasons change so do our supplies. so It will be similar yet just as stunning!!!

  • Refunds are based on product, occasion, order date to pick-up date. and will be determined base by base. the below does apply unless otherwise stated .

    • Refunds will be given to pre-orders cancelled 2 weeks before pick-up date.

    • Cake orders cancelled 1 week before pick-up date. No exceptions.

    • Event Orders require a 72 hr cancellation after initial deposit payment.

    • Weddings require 2 Month cancellation BEFORE event date.

    All other orders are non-refundable..

  • Once the cakes have exchanged from our bakers hands to those picking up we are no longer liable for any mishaps with your order. It is the customers responsibilityto read all ingredients listed for possible allergens as they are listed on each edible product and our website. So please do your research.

  • If payment does not go through during ordering, your order will not be started or accepted. You will get a confirmation of payment and order via email if your payment went through. If you do not receive a confirmation email, feel free to try placing again. or contact us to verify!

    We are not responsible for any institutional charges charged by your bank or receiving payment banks that may incur.
