Once your inquiry is submitted we will respond with further details and follow up questions so we are understanding of your vision and needs.
Our response time is usually 48-72hrs, however during busy seasons that time may be longer, we appreciate your patience.

Accept Final Details + Contract
After every detail has been understood and clarified, a finalized breakdown and contract will be sent. once agreed upon, a deposit of 50% will be required within 48 hrs of the email being received in order to secure your date.
your date is not secured until your deposit has been cleared and received by us. So please be sure to go over everything and follow up as soon as possible.

Your cake will be ready for your event. based on your approved selections, we will either deliver or have your desserts ready for pick-up at the agreed time (unless otherwise notified).
